At a glance
- 30 developments, each with its own page from one template
- 89 plots, each with its own page, price and floorplan
- 23MB of imagery, down from about 250MB
The brief
What Miller's Way came to us for
Treatment rooms upstairs, a dojo for classes downstairs, and a hand-picked team of practitioners under one roof. Over 150 Google reviews, averaging 4.9. The old website showed almost none of that.
- Acupuncture front and centre. It's the heart of the clinic and the main source of revenue.
- A booking journey that didn't send people round in circles.
- The calm of the real space coming through on screen.
- Less writing. Much less.
- Dojo hire as a proper page, with 2027 dates people could request themselves.
The challenge
The real problem underneath
- The data lived in PDFs Plot sizes, specs, prices and room dimensions were spread across brochures, spreadsheets and the old site.
- Every update needed a developer Changing a price or marking a plot as sold meant raising a ticket with the previous agency.
- Two audiences, one site Buyers need to find a home. Landowners need to know Aldenham buys land. The old site didn't serve either of them well.
“A property developer's website isn't a brochure. It's a live stock list with a brand on top.”
What we did
Mostly standard Wix, set up properly
Almost everything is a standard Wix app or the Wix CMS. Very little is custom code. That's deliberate: Miller's Way can run the site without ringing us.
- 01 Strategy before pixels Their own marketing strategy handed us the sitemap. Treatments, Classes and Workshops, and Learning each get their own lane, and one Book Treatment button follows you everywhere.
- 02 Careful copy for a health site Short, clear and careful. A “Hormonal health” tab became “Metabolic health”, because the clinic won't claim to balance anyone's hormones. Real practitioners, real reviews and careful claims are the SEO strategy here.
- 03 Wix Bookings, set up the way a clinic runs 28 services and 17 practitioners moved into Wix Bookings. Each founder card carries that person's own appointments and packs, with the price and the booking button right next to them.
- 04 One page to book any treatment Every practitioner gets one row. Founders expand to show their services and prices. Partners who run their own diaries get a button straight to their own system.
- 05 A CMS that does the admin Every practitioner lives in one CMS collection, sorted into tiers. A new therapist joins? Add a row and they appear in the right place with the right booking link.
- 06 Dojo hire with a gatekeeper Request to book in Wix Bookings. Visitors pick a date and send a request, and nothing is confirmed until Miller's Way approves it.
- 07 Reviews that answer the real question Google reviews brought into the CMS and tagged by theme, 35 tags from Back Pain to Studio Hire, so people find stories that match theirs.

What happened after launch
The site runs on one CMS the Aldenham team manages themselves. Before launch, their marketing lead was already updating prices, availability and imagery without us.
- 30 development pages and 89 plot pages, built from two templates.
- Change a plot to Sold and the listing, the development page and the plot page all update together.
- Every legacy URL mapped to its new page, with Google Search Console and Bing set up at go-live.
