There was a really useful phone consultation where lots of questions were asked and then the process started very smoothly. I'm not a fan of zoom calls but Matt made it very easy. I'm not ancient but I'm not brilliant with technology hence needing the support and help. Yes, you could learn to do these things yourself via endless YouTube tutorials but I'd rather pay someone else to do it well and quickly. I've also utilised the option of a monthly catch up to tweak the site and add other options as and when I need them.
